Best for hardcore RP:
https://www.planetminecraft.com/server/euvania-into-the-hellfrost-immersive-sci-fantasy-roleplay/ Great for immersive roleplay and freeform ways. Runs on D&D 5e!

Best for Casual RP:
https://www.planetminecraft.com/server/fables-and-fantasy/ These people are also Dutch and run a very smooth system. It is by far the largest of the recommended servers.

Best for a balance of both:
https://www.planetminecraft.com/server/osria-dark-fantasy-roleplay-1-18-2/ A server which I helped set up! It runs on Voyager 1e [​The first version of my roleplay system] and has some great people in the community.
